Future Food Habits - From Innovation to Tradition. Designing Sustainable and Competitive Food Systems

Cibus Tec Forum will offer a wide-ranging programme of conferences, workshop and engaging talks organized by the most renowned national and international scientific and technological partners. High-level networking opportunities will be given to all professionals involved in the food and beverage technologies sector, who will gather in Parma to find new ideas toghether and anticipate future trends.

The conferences and conventions of Cibus Tec Forum will be held in the four different Rooms located inside Halls 07/08.

Event organized by POLI.design with the contribution of the Master in Design for Food.

POLI.design is the post-graduate school in Design of the Politecnico di Milano that supports and completes the curricular paths of the School of Design, aiming at professional training and an effective insertion in the many areas of work in which the designer operates today.

It plays a hinge role between universities, businesses, organizations and institutions and professional worlds, operating in the perspective of internationalization and establishing partnerships with universities, schools, organizations, institutions, companies and companies from time to time.


Session overview

The panel explores how innovation and tradition can shape the eating habits of the future. Through a multidisciplinary dialogue—bringing together Design, Food Engineering, and Gastronomic Sciences. The speakers will discuss possible actions and strategies to develop sustainable production methods and responsible consumption.
